We built a system that analyses every application as soon as it arrives, scores its fit against the position, and immediately shows HR which profiles deserve attention first.
- 500+
- applications every week
- 2

- Immediate
- the first compatibility signal
The problem
The volume of applications had become too high for two people to handle in time.
Every CV took time: it had to be opened, read, checked against the job description and, in the less obvious cases, looked into further before deciding whether to contact the candidate.
The bigger risk wasn’t just a growing backlog.
Among hundreds of CVs there might be only a handful of profiles that were a perfect match for the position. By the time the recruiters managed to spot them, though, weeks could already have passed.
In the meantime, those candidates had started other selection processes, received other offers, or already accepted a job elsewhere.
The company risked losing its best candidates simply because it couldn’t recognise them fast enough.
The system we built
We built a system that automatically analyses every CV against the position it was submitted for.
It compares the information in the CV with the job description and gives HR an immediate visual signal:
- green: strong fit with the position;
- yellow: worth a closer look;
- red: limited fit against the stated requirements.
No candidate is ever rejected automatically.
Every application stays in the database, can be reviewed by the recruiters, and the final decision always stays with people.
The signal doesn’t replace HR’s judgement: it simply shows where to start looking first.
From priority candidate to interview
When the system finds a profile with a particularly strong fit, it can automatically trigger the next step.
The candidate receives a WhatsApp message and can choose their own availability for the first interview.
This lets the company reach out to the most interesting profiles while they’re still available, without waiting for a recruiter to manually work through hundreds of CVs first.
The change
Before, most of the recruiters’ time went into opening CVs, checking them against positions and organising appointments.
Today the system runs the first analysis, flags the priorities and automates contact with the most relevant candidates.
The recruiters still review every application and keep ownership of the decision, but they can spend more time on the part of the job where their judgement really matters: getting to know people, understanding their skills, and choosing who joins the company.
AI doesn’t decide who gets hired. It helps people know where to start.
The result
- The best-fit profiles surface as soon as the application arrives.
- Every candidate stays available for human review.
- Priority profiles get contacted without delay.
- The first interview can be scheduled automatically.
- Recruiters spend less time sorting CVs and more time selecting people.
- The company reduces the risk of missing top candidates who have already taken another offer.
